Lance was born
in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and moved to Western New York at the age
of 6.
He worked
various jobs until he decided to join in on the construction /
remodeling industry in 1985.
Lance moved to
Columbus, Indiana in 1990 and started his own remodeling company in
1991...Lance's Remodeling.
He has over 20
years experience in all phases of remodeling, including:

renovations, room additions, kitchen and bath remodeling, custom built
decks, outdoor kitchens, fire and water restoration, fireplace mantles,
tiki bars, entertainment centers, door and window installation,
flooring, lighting, drywall - tape and finish, trim work, plumbing,
